What I Do to Stay in Shape

Good morning♡
I only have yogurt or nuts in the morning. I drink a lot of alcohol for dinner, so I try not to eat until I’m hungry. Yesterday, I had granola. I used to eat Le Pain Quotidien’s granola a lot when I was studying in Paris. I like that it has fruit in it and the yogurt is not too sweet.
People often ask me what my secret is to keep my body in shape, but there are 2 things that I consider to be very important.
・To hold off the first hunger and eat the second time.
・Don’t get a full stomach.
I’ve tried a lot of ways to lose weight and these 2 were the right ones for me.
If I get hungry the first time, I ignore it (Lol) and if I get hungry again the second time, I try to eat. It’s easier to lose weight when you’re hungry because fat is converted into energy. Time goes by in a blink of an eye when I focus on my work.
And the trick to not being full is to let yourself eat 2 hours later when you feel like you want to eat more. In fact, after 2 hours, you’ll be doing something else and you won’t want to eat anymore. This Strategy is a great way to prevent overeating without stress. I never restrict food because it’s painful and doesn’t last. I’ll try to like healthy foods, though.
In conclusion, the best way to lose weight is to be relaxed. Don’t commit to anything, just keep going with a relaxed way. This is my way of beauty.
