昨日のワイン会は「ひらまつ広尾」の個室に開催。
エレガントかつ、どこか温かみのある上質な雰囲気の中で、クラシックなフレンチメニューをいただいたよ。
私は”ひらまつ系列”がすごく好き。どのレストランもそれぞれの個性がありながら、美しく美味しく、それでいて優しいから。ひらまつの皆様は、ひらまつを愛してると思う。だからこそ作り上げられる”あの空間”。
・・。自分の提供するものや、自分が身をおく環境を「大好き」だと思えること。これはプロとして、仕事をしていくには必要な在り方だね。

Yesterday’s wine party was held at a private room at Hiramatsu HIROO.
We had a classic French menu in an elegant, somewhat warm and high-quality atmosphere.
I love the Hiramatsu group. Each restaurant has its own personality and it is beautifully presented, delicious, and gentle. I think everyone at Hiramatsu loves Hiramatsu. That’s why they can create that high-quality space.
